We expect pilot participants to complete appropriate identity and eligibility steps before they rent or list. The exact process is still being finalized.
A documented resolution process
If there is a question about damage, missing parts, or a return, participants should know what happens next. We’re designing a clear, consistent process before live rentals begin.
What is not live yet
BorrowGVL is not currently processing rentals, deposits, payouts, insurance, identity verification, claims, or dispute handling. We’ll share final pilot rules directly with invited participants before launch.
